1.) IN STOCK ORDER PROCESSING: We ask all customers to allow 1-4 business days for processing in stock orders before we ship and 5-7 business days in transit. 4 or more dozen of a Hand modified item may take longer depending upon the on hand inventory. You will receive a confirmation of your order shortly after the order is placed. And, a tracking number after the order is shipped.
2.) HAND MODIFIED ITEMS (PHOTO ORNAMENTS/GLASS GARLANDS/ORNAMENT HOOKS): Custom orders involving 4 or more dozen of hand-modified products can take up to a week to ship because we do not keep a large quantity of those items on hand. Your order will be assembled to your specs. Finished items are not stocked in advance and I have no way to predict seasonal demand. If you do not specify a delivery date in the Comments area of the cart, I will ship when the item/s is/are completed and in time for the holiday.3.) ORNAMENT TREES: Please make your selection carefully. Orders are transmitted to the shipping location immediately after the payment has been approved and I may not be able to cancel it before it ships. If you cancel after payment and before shipment, you will receive a full refund. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return. Outbound shipping (to you) and return (to us) shipping charges are not refundable. If the shipping location charges us a Cancellation Fee it will be deducted from your refund.
4.) ORDER DUE DATE: If you need your order by a certain date, PLEASE enter your "need by" date in the Comments area of the order form. I will notify you if we can not ship in time. We are not responsible for any claims arising from an unshipped order or missed delivery date if we (1) are not notified of a due date, (2) sent you correspondence regarding your order to which you did not reply or (3) are not notified of a due date but the order ships within the 1-4 business day processing time frame specified on our website.
5.) REAL-TIME ORDER PROCESSING: All order payments are processed in "real" time which means your credit/debit card or checking account (e-checks only) is credited/debited at the end of the transaction.6.) CLEARANCE: ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL. No returns.
7.) SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please double check the delivery address on your order. I can not responsible for late or missed deliveries if the address on the original order was not entered correctly during the ordering process. Carriers charge fees to ship back undeliverable orders and they charge if they have to look up an address in order to deliver. Carrier fees will either be deducted from any refund or charged to your account.
For your protection, Gift orders over $100 may require a signature at delivery.
