What You Need to Know Before Ordering:

1) ORDER PROCESSING: We ask all customers to allow 1-3 business days for processing in stock orders before we ship and 5-7 business days in transit. You will receive a confirmation of your order shortly after the order is placed. And, a tracking number after the order is shipped.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESSING: Custom Christmas tree skirts and Family Tree ornaments can take 2 to 4 weeks to ship because they are not stocked in advance and will be assembled to your specs. If you do not specify a delivery date in the Comments area of the cart, I will ship when the item/s is/are completed. 

2) WHAT NEXT? After the custom tree skirt order is placed, you will receive a brief questionnaire by email. Please complete it and return it as soon as possible. The questions will help me understand your decorating style and home decor. With it I will have a better idea of what type/color of accents to use and how to lay out your skirt. I will work closely with you to make sure that the final product incorporates the options that you selected and is beautiful. You will receive photos of the final layout for your approval before the work begins. Your form and personal information are kept in the strictest confidence.

3) ORDER DUE DATE: If you need your order by a certain date, be sure to enter your "need by" date in the Comments area of your order form. I will notify you if we can not ship in time. We are not responsible for any claims arising from an unshipped order or missed delivery date if we (1) are not notified of a due date, (2) sent you correspondence regarding your order to which you did not reply or (3) are not notified of a due date but the order ships within the delivery time frame specified on our website.

4) REAL-TIME ORDER PROCESSING: All order payments are processed in "real" time which means your credit/debit card or checking account (e-checks only) is credited/debited at the end of the transaction. 

5) CLEARANCE: ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL. No returns. CUSTOM ORDERS: No refunds after your final approval and work commences.

6) ORNAMENT/GLASS GARLAND/ORNAMENT HOOK CANCELLATIONS: All orders MUST BE CANCELED IN WRITING by e-mail, fax. No cancellation should be made by leaving a voice mail message. If you cancel after you have already paid for the goods and before shipment, you will receive a full refund. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return. Outbound shipping (to you) and return (to us) shipping charges are not refundable.

7) CUSTOM TREE SKIRT ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel after you have already made a deposit on your Custom Christmas Tree Skirt and before the work begins on your order, you will receive a full refund. If we have purchased materials (fabric, decorations, trim, lining etc.) for your custom ornament tree skirt and you cancel thereafter, the cost of those materials will be deducted from your refund. Sorry, but no refunds or cancellations for a custom Christmas ornament tree skirt once materials have been purchased and the final layout is approved or work begun or the skirt completed and/or shipped.

8) SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please double check the delivery address on your order. I will ship to the delivery address your order.  We are not responsible for late or missed deliveries if the address on the original order was not entered correctly during the ordering process. Carrier fees for an order returned to us as undeliverable will be deducted from any refund due. Carrier fees for locating a bad address will also be deducted from a refund or charged to your account. For your protection, Gift orders over $75 will require a signature at delivery.
